"Great Honda Service"  I recently visited the Superior Honda Service Department for a routine oil change. I expected to wait at least an hour for my car to be ready but was pleasantly surprised when the Service Tech told me my car was ready after only 25 minutes. The staff was very friendly and walked me through additional maintenance items that would be needed on my car. The service tech was prepared to provide me with an estimate on the cost of the replacement batteries and tires that I will need as well as providing an estimated time-line of when the repairs are needed. I took my 2010 CRV in for its first oil change and Paul Kosovich provided excellent service. Service was completed in an hour and because Superior has wifi access I could keep working and not lose any productivity time while I waited. Ever since, I've trusted Dennis Heath with letting me know what service and maintenance are needed and have never been disappointed, and the friendly customer service I consistently receive there is a rarity when compared to my dealings with other businesses these days. The survey question on cost gets the "good" rating from me, only because "free" would be great, but it's significantly less than a car payment and keeps my car working as good as new -- with Dennis' help, I envision many more years of problem-free driving in my Honda.

"Amazing Service" Their service at this location is by far the best from any car dealership. I go here for oil changes since it was part of my deal. But the recent experience is from a recall on my 2009 Honda Fit. It was a minor issue but they were able to get it repaired. Carrie Moody was able to help me when I turned in my car. She said it was gonna be an all day repair but got a call about two and a half hours later. Amazing service.

"Good Service at Superior Honda" I stopped by Monday afternoon to get the oil changed and my climate control was not working properly. Paul Kosovich was my Service Advisor and he did a great job. I did not have an appointment so I was not sure I could get the climate control system checked out. He personally went back to the shop and checked with the technician and it just so happened that he could work me in. The technician was able to find the problem and got the climate control working again. I have always gotten good service at Superior. They know me and treat me like a friend. I like that.
