Superior Honda of Omaha's Service Department is taking customer service to a new level. We have implemented a new scheduling system that allows you to make appointments for Express Service giving you priority upon arrival. This change should significantly reduce your wait time. Drop in visits are still welcome, but will be taken on a first-come first-served basis.
Appointments allow our technicians to concentrate on your vehicle, complete the necessary maintenance and perform a thorough inspection. Your Service Adviser will inform you of specific service needs for upcoming appointments. We're also going to note on your service invoice that your vehicle has been reviewed for any recalls or product updates that may affect the safety or operation of your vehicle.
Going forward we will monitor your service records and based on projected miles driven, maintenance history and inspection reports we will contact you at appropriate intervals to let you know your vehicle is due for maintenance.
