Role: Delivery Driver/Warehouse person

Superior Honda of Omaha has a position open in our parts department for a delivery driver/warehouse person

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Honda parts to outside accounts, picking up parts from other dealers.
  • Receiving parts, pulling & verifying parts orders & inventory maintenance & control.
  • Experience is not required but it is preferred.
  • This is a full time position, 40 hours/week.
  • We offer a competitive benefits package.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & have a clean driving record.
  • Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.
  • We offer a hiring bonus of $500, payable on completion of the 90 day probationary period.

Role:  Parts Specialist

Superior Honda of Omaha has a position open in our parts department.


Responsibilities include:

  • All aspects of parts department operations.
  • Parts look up & parts sales, customer service, working with other departments within the dealership.
  • We offer a complete benefits package & a competitive annual salary $50,000- $65,000.
  • We also offer a $750 hiring bonus on successful completion of the 90 day probationary period.

Role:  Service Advisor

We are looking for a high energy, outgoing people that enjoy a fast-pace service and sales environment. Experience is a plus however we provide paid training for the right people.


Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Determine automotive problems and services needed by listening to the customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules.
  • Build customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates while answering questions and concerns.
  • Obtain customer’s approval for needed repairs and or Recommendations, Call in repairs to Customers Service Contracts to check coverage and obtain approvals.
  • Schedule customers for follow-up additional repairs.

Role:  Service Porter/Driver

As a Service Porter/Driver you will be responsible for greeting/transporting customers, taking care of vehicles in the service area as well as ensuring all vehicles are clean and detailed for delivery to customers.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Thoroughly clean (wash, vacuum and polish) and maintain all vehicles
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
  • Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot
  • Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the store

Job Type:  Full-time or part time available

Pay: To be determined by work experience


Role:  Express Technician

As an Express Technician your responsibilities would include performing basic maintenance: 

  • Oil change, tire rotation, mount and balancing tires, brake inspection, fluid changes, battery testing and basic overall inspections.
  • Communicate with service advisors so our customers can be informed of additional needed services and the time required to complete the work.
  • No experience needed.
  • We will train the right person.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good reading skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Basic tool knowledge
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • Work well with others
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Basic Tools required-list will be provided
  • 90 day first review then done on a yearly basis
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test.
